Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are determined by the weight of the items and the
destination zip code which are calculated using the UPS and the U.S.P.S.
rate tables. These are the fees they charge us. We do not profit from
these charges. Unfortunately when you order a single item minimum rates
apply. More weight may be added, usually for just a few pennies to spread
the shipping cost over several items.
The amount posted on the site is what your credit card will be charged.
You may select whatever listed shipping method you prefer.
Delivery Times
The web site will default to UPS ground shipment. UPS Orders placed before 1:00pm EST Mon-Fri will usually be shipped the same day. When the UPS package is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number and web URL so you can follow the delivery.
U.S. post Office Orders placed before 10:00 am EST Mon-Fri will usually be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after these times or on weekends or holidays will be shipped the
following business day. However, some products could require 2 to 5 business days to ship.
If any of the items in your cart are in that category, your entire order will be
held until all items can be shipped together.
