Roland Grape Leaves are hand packed in a 16 oz. jar, are approximately 6" long and 4" wide. Each jar contains approximately 60 leaves. The leaves are a dark olive green color and are imported from Turkey. Roland® Grape Leaves make an appealing and tasty wrap for Greek and Mediterranean foods. The Grape Leaves should be rinsed and then simmered in water for ten minutes before using to soften. To wrap a filling: place one tablespoon of rice or other filling in center of leaf. Pull the stem over and fold in both sides. Then firmly roll up the package toward the tip of the leaf. This item requires a one week lead time to ship. Kosher OU
